Be the change!
What is Inwards?
We believe through self-work we are positively changing the vibration of the world at large. Inwards is your tool to help you disciple and challenge you to learn all about yourself.
It may seem counterintuitive to have to learn to know yourself; that should be a given, right? Not necessarily. While our experiences clearly helped shape us into the people we are today, this does not mean that we necessarily know who we really are—what we are passionate about, what we want from life and how to use this life.
Since we were little, we have developed beliefs and values, some good and some not so good, as a result of our environment and the pressure from society to conform. We use meditation and chanting as a tool to develop a deep, passionate relationship with ourselves and elevate our vibration.
When/how to use inwards
As human beings, we spend a lot of time worrying about our relationships with other people. But, in reality, the only relationship that really matters in life is the one you have with yourself.
Do you believe in yourself? Are you wanting to get to know yourself better? Do you want to be able to rely on yourself to make confident decisions, be your best friend or even your best support system? We are your manual to understand and reach the full potential of the most efficient and powerful machine on the earth – You! In order to be yourself, you have to know yourself.
Benefits of using inwards
If you know yourself, the good, the bad and the ugly, you can start to accept who you are – exactly as you are. Inwards helps you to accept yourself then to love, moving on to nurturing, to growing, developing, thriving and flourishing.
who you are and what you stand for in life, can help to give you a strong sense of self-confidence. When we are confident and believe in ourselves, we feel more able to take ‘risks’ and do the things that scare us. When we don’t have this confidence in our abilities, we can find certain areas of our life affected. Relationships can break down, careers can stale and lifestyles can become unbalanced unless we take action to improve these qualities.
Clear Decision Making
As we know, with knowledge comes insight and confidence – and this can make the decision-making process (for both simple and complicated choices) much easier. There is not a lot of space for doubt once you have gained that full insight. We all speak two languages: the language of the heart and that of the head. If they are aligned it is easy to make a decision. But if they aren’t it just depends on your mood what you think is right or wrong.
Self-knowledge makes you independent of the opinions of others. If you know what works for you – what is good for you and, therefore, what isn’t – it is irrelevant what others might think and advise. You are the expert of your own being. You are in charge of your thoughts and you are your own personality.
